Health and fitness play a hugh role in my personal and professional life. I want everyone to love exercise! That is probably why I have chosen to be a personal fitness trainer. I also enjoy teaching indoor cycling and water exercise. My personal exercise program includes mountain biking, road biking, walking, and hiking. My husband is also passionate about regular exercise - I am so lucky! Our son is currently focusing on his competitive swimming, but he also enjoys running and cycling. We all do strength training, but I have to admit this aspect of my fitness routine is easily "put off" until later. I am doing a better job of getting in the weight room at least twice a week. When I am not exercising or training with a client you can find me reading, scrapbooking, or watching Ugly Betty.
